Make Flower in Illustrator (Easy & Quick)
In Adobe Illustrator, two methods can be followed to create beautiful flowers. We will tell you both methods step-by-step and with different shapes as well.
Step 1: From the left toolbar, select Rectangle Tool.
Step 2: Press & hold the Shift key from the keyboard and draw a Square on the artboard.

Step 3: Go to Effect > Distort & Transform > Pucker & Bloat.
Pucker & Bloat panel will appear.
Step 4: Move the slider to Bloat until it the value reaches 75% or you can add the value manually in the box.
Note: Make sure to check the Preview, to see the changes.
Step 5: After you are done, click OK.
This is what the flower looks like using the square and the bloated value to 75%.
Now let’s color the flower. It depends on you whether you want to fill the flower with one color or any gradient. Here we want to fill one color to the flower.
Step 6: Select the flower using the Selection Tool.
Step 7: Go to Properties > Appearance > Fill.
Step 8: Select your required color. Here we are selecting an orange shade you can see in the image below.
Step 9: Also select a stroke color to make it look more creative.
Set the Stroke to 3pt.
If we add the Bloat value of 115%, this is how the flower appears.

5 Petal Flower Illustrator
To make 5 Petal Flowers in Illustrator, select the Polygon Tool that is available under the Rectangle Tool.
Go to Effect > Distort & Transform > Pucker & Bloat.
Set the Bloat value to 57%. A 5 petal flower will appear.
