By Using Grayscale:

By Using Saturate Option:

This is also the easy method, that you can choose to convert image into grayscale as you wish, You can also increase or decrease Intensity to make your image according to your choice.

Step 1: Select your image.

Step 2: Go to the main menu bar, select “Edit” from the dropdown list, select “Edit Colors” and then select “Saturate”.

Step 3: Saturated panel will appear.

By Using Adjust Color Balance:

Step 1: Select your desired image from the artboard.

Step 2: Go to the main menu bar, select “Edit” from the dropdown list, select “Edit Colors” and then select “Adjust Color Balance”.

Step 3: Adjust Colors panel will appear. Don’t forget to turn on the “Preview” option.

Step 4: Select Color Mode to “Grayscale”.

Step 5: Check Convert.
