In Adobe Illustrator, you can use the Rotate Tool to create different arts such as Mandala art. The most famous Mandala art can easily be created in Adobe Illustrator. You can create much more design of any type using the Rotate tool.
Let’s create a design using the Rotate Tool.
Step 1: Long press or right click on the Rectangle Tool and then select the Ellipse Tool. You can also use the keyboard shortcut L to select Ellipse Tool.

Step 2: Press and hold the Shift key to create a Circle on Artboard.

Step 3: You can choose any Stroke color for the circle by Properties > Appearance > Stroke.

Step 4: Increase the Stroke by 6pt.

Step 5: Long press or right-click on the Rectangle Tool and select the Polygon Tool.

Step 6: Left Click once on the artboard. A Polygon panel will appear. Add 3 value in the Sides and press OK.

Step 7: A Triangle will appear on the artboard.

Step 8: You can resize the triangle easily by one of its Anchor.

Step 9: Place it on the Circle, just like we did here.
Step 10: Select the Triangle with the Selection Tool.

How to Rotate Around Circle in Illustrator
Step 12: Press and Hold the Alt key from the keyboard and click once right in the center of Circle.
Step 13: Rotate panel will appear.

Step 14: Add the Angle value 360/5 and check Preview and then select Copy.

Step 15: Press Ctrl+D three times.
The selected object is duplicated and is rotating around the shape. This is how it will look.

We have to use the Rotate Tool to rotate objects around a shape. You can add as much as you want. Change the value of 5 with any other value according to your choice.
