To find Pantone colors in Illustrator, go to the hidden menu, select Open Swatch Library > Color Books > Select any Pantone color. Pantone colors will appear. Select any color and it will be applied to the selected object and added to the swatch panel.

Step 1: Open the Swatch panel from the Window menu. First of all, you need to open the Swatch panel, and with the swatch panel, you can find Pantone colors.
Swatches panel will appear.
Step 2: Click on the hidden menu.
As you click on the hidden menu, a list will appear with different options.
Step 3: From the list, select “Open Swatch Library > Color Books.” Under the color books, you will find different Pantone colors.
Select any pentone color option and the palette will appear. Here we have selected Pantone + CMYK coated. You can select anyone that is needed.

You can also open other Pantone palettes to work with and play with different colors.
Pantone colors work the same as swatches. To add the color to any shape from the Pantone palette, select the shape using the Selection Tool.
Now select any Pantone color from the palette and the color will be applied to the selected shape.
You can also add the color number if you already have it in mine. The selected color range will appear.
All the Pantone colors that you have selected from the Pantone palettes will appear in the Swatches panel.
